Take plenty of pictures and write down your experience so you can show your baby as they get older. Pictures of what you looked like during pregnancy will delight your child. You can take a series of photos with captions that tell a story.

If you suffer from a queasy stomach during the early stages of pregnancy, try eating more smaller meals. Be sure never to go hungry. This will help keep your stomach settled. Opt for meals made with fresh, light foods. Fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as lean meats go a long way.

Thrift stores and consignment shops carry a lot of maternity clothes. There is no reason to pay full price for clothes that you will only wear for a short while. This will help you save money that you will need for diapers and baby food later.
