Dust mites are mostly likely in your home. As the name implies, mites love to burrow in your mattress and pillows, feasting on your discarded skin cells! That’s gross! However, you can fight back with the use of specially designed covers for your pillows and mattresses. Once you’ve done that, start washing your linens no less than once per week in hot water, as hot water is lethal to dust mites.

An allergy skin test can show what substances a patient is allergic to; however, but the test doesn’t tell you how severe your symptoms would be to those allergens. A test may only show that you could possibly be allergic to a specific spore. You could suffer from a mild allergic reaction and not really harm your body all that much though.

If you are a major sufferer of allergies, but love getting in an outdoor workout, it is best to do it during the early or late parts of the day so that you do not inhale as much pollen. Pollen count is usually lowest during these times, and you are going to feel far more comfortable.
